HEALTHY

Soo while eating lunch today, I was reading this email that was fowarded to my dad. I don't remember all of it (seeing that it was 5+ pages), but I got the big points down.

1. 早餐該是最有營養的一頓飯,午餐吃最飽,晚上吃少。 (可是我這個現代剛好做相反 囧)
2. 每天至少睡八個小時。
3. 每天要大便 = ="
4. 每天至少要笑三十分鐘。
5. 每天要堅持做至少半個小時的運動。

1. Breakast should be the meal with the most nutirtion, lunch should be eaten until full, not much should be consumed during the night.
2. At least eight hours of sleep everyday
3. Poop everday .___.
4. Laugh for at least 30 minutes everday.
5. Exercise for at least 30 minutes everday.

Of course, there's more to those points in terms of being health.
