Retail Demographics

I'm sure there's an actual term for this, but this is the closest thing I could think of to describe visiting Costco today.

Cody wanted to see what the inside of a Costco in Taiwan looked like, so I went in and took some photographs.  We also went with some of my mother's friends, and they were able to buy some things with my membership card (that can be used internationally, too).

It was so cool seeing things I would normally see at 99 Ranch or Marina Foods at home being sold in bulk at Costco in Taiwan.  The Costco here also has a lot more brands of rice, around eight, while the Costco in the US has only two brands and one of them tastes really, really bad.  The deli section also has a sushi section which was pretty amusing - and there was tons more seafood throughout the store.  The food court had seafood pizza, shaved ice, and peking duck bake which was so odd to me.  Seeing these kinds of things are almost as interesting as seeing a special landmark, haha.
