Ooh, we've reached twenty-three - the ominous number. I realized I never told you guys my story behind the number 23. Maybe someday soon. But anyways, my secret today is that the way I can tell I feel content with my life at any moment is if I am able to wholeheartedly sing something while I'm on my own. This past week, I've been unable to pick up with my guitar and sing, because with me, singing and playing the guitar requires some positive energy on my part - which I haven't been having for a while. Instead, I've been spending loads of time practicing the piano - learning new songs or just playing depressing ones. The good thing, though, is I've learned and memorized a beautiful new song.
