Because in this time of life up until my mid-twenties, (I don't know how to phrase this well) there will be a lot more options for me and on top of that, this is the only time I'll look my prettiest. When I start nearing my late twenties and then into my thirties, reluctantly, I may begin to worry and at that point I might pick any guy who shows any slight interest in me, even if I don't necessarily feel interested in him. And I definitely don't want to happen - going for any guy who gives me the eye (oh ha that rhymed). Like all those ladies in Pride and Prejudice. Either find someone while I can, or be a strong Jane Austen. I should put her in my "inspirational people" on Facebook.
Hopefully this thought won't make me too "eeewww" about boys. But I still can't help it, though.
