all the girls were talking together. I don't exactly remember what, but I remember that there was some disagreement about something. However, all I do remember was talking to an old friend that I hadn't talk to for about four years about meaningful things, and that another friend told me that "You know, I think some people just click together better".
And what that other friend told me that, I thought that was a stupid thing to say at the time. I kept thinking, no, everyone can click. But what I have realized now is that she was right. Everyone can be all nice and friendly to each other, there's no need to be strangers, but not everyone necessarily clicks. Evidently, I click rather well with my closest friends. I do have more than a handful of just "friends", but I don't 'click' with them as well as I do with my closest friends.
It's just kind of a disappointing realization. But it's the truth.
