I remember it was right after 3rd period, my Chamber Orchestra class, and I went into one of the private rooms to play some piano.

However, it's not entirely private because anyone could come in, which is what a friend of mine did, haha. I don't remember what we did, but I remember a short moment afterwards, another classmate of mine came in - I usually just associate this classmate with the school's drama class.

And knowing that this classmate was like a rock-ish kind of person, I began playing the intro to Guns N' Roses' "Sweet Child O' Mine" (on the piano). And to my surprise, this classmate began shouting "Play it again play it again!!" and so of course I began playing it again and then he began to accompany me with another part of the song (still playing on the same piano). And we sounded pretty cool! This classmate of mine was also wearing a jacket and so he basically unzipped his jacket and show me his shirt and he said "Look!! I'm also wearing a Guns N' Roses shirt!!!!!"

I don't know the exact feeling to describe this moment but thinking back on this makes me really happy, haha. It was just a cool coincidence and I guess it was just the joy of being in the presence of other passionate musicians :)

And the reason I bring this up is because I suddenly remembered one of Chase's songs is like specifically dedicated to the band Guns N' Roses.

I also blogged about this a long time ago so I'm just going to copy and paste this again :

There's this quote, strangely from the TV show "The Simpsons", where Homer says "Sometimes when you least expect it, you'll realize that someone loved you, and that means someone can love you again, and that'll make you smile."

Okay so not that anyone loved anyone else or anything, but there was this incident that happened a few years back at this camp, I guess you could say. I would always be trying to play on a piano or a guitar I could find (as I still always do). And sometimes when I did, this guy, who was a year younger than I was, would come over and talk to me, impressed by my music playing. At the time I found it quite weird, but I also remember finding him quite cute. I remember ending the camp two days earlier, because one of the teachers was basically touching me in very uncomfortable ways... But I remember the last day I was there, I talked to this charming guy for a while when everyone had left. He told me about his musical experiences, and I told him about mine. To make things less awkward, his younger sister was there with us as well, and we all seemed to enjoy talking with one another. They both told me about how their family was very music-oriented, and how their father owned a music shop or something and how they have 12 guitars sitting at home or something. I think he also insisted that I stop by that shop or something sometime.

My mind is real foggy of this incident, since I don't even remember his name or what he really looks like. I just remember a bit of that day's conversation. I remember that he was a year younger than I was because of this difference in age, I warned myself not to become interested in him. But now, one or two years doesnt' exactly matter to me anymore. I also vaguely remember that he was a bit shorter than I was, but hey - who knows how much he might have grown by now? And this is random but he even dressed decently too~ haha.

I don't miss him or anything (heck, I don't even remember much about him), but it just makes me happy to know that if something like this has already happened, it's possible it could happen again - music brining me to some nice guy haha.
