Day three of Lent; March 11, 2011; 4:53 pm

As of this moment I am listening to Bach's Cello Suite #1 in G Major. I haven't heard it for a while, or rather, listened to it. I remember first hearing Yo-Yo Ma play it at the Flint Center in the beginning of last month. And this song greatly reminds me of Pride and Prejudice, as I would listen to this song while I read. It all sounds very regent to me anyways... "regent" as in Britian's Regency Era. Classical music usually has this surreal kind of feeling to it.

Anyways, this week was going well, and then on Thursday, things started to go downhill. I guess I didn't know as much about Pride and Prejudice as I thought ... or rather, I don't know much about the locations of the fictional story, which, honestly, I could care less about because they're not even real to begin with. I think I got around a "B" on that assessment. And then today, O got back a previously assessed math test. that was the week when I was going through a some tramautic moments in my life, and definitely did not feel like studying, thus I failed that. As well as many other people did. So next Monday we are to be assessed another cumlative Calculus test so I need to study real hard to get my math grade up to a B.

Wow my cursive gets real messy when I'm angry. Ah... I guess it's a good way to keep myself at ease - an incentive for writing more beautiful cursive. Today I also finished The Silver Chair, and read the whole 22o-something pages out loud with a British accent! I am now beginning to read C.S. Lewis' The Last Battle. By the way, I am seeing the school's production of Pride and Prejudice tomorrow!
