Anyway.
Since in APUSH, we're studying WW2, I talked with my dad about the Germans and the Japanese. And this led to the current issue of stationing of American troops in Iraq.
Did any of you hear about it?! Some American soldier raped this Iraq citizen. And in order to prevent news of the rape leaking out, he killed the rest of the woman's family.
... pretty stupid. That dude was executed anyway.
And there was this true story of this German man who ran a concentration camp. He really didn't like the idea of concentration camps, and he thought that preserving the Jewish elite was very important. So what he did, was request thousands of elite Jewish people, and saved all their lives while keeping them safe in his camp.
But hey.. it was only the smart people. Most of the people that survived specialized in some kind of trade, anyway. Those who survived skillful in nothing were super super lucky.
Gosh but seriously, why the hate?
Hate is something I will never understand. And something I hope never to understand.
I'm completely clueless on how to study for this FRQ.
What else is there to do except read over 37 and 38 and the handouts over and over again?
